Who is the client?

Kendrick Homes, a branch of the Kendrick Construction Group, are a West Midlands home builder with over a century's experience in craftsmanship, commitment to quality and pride in the job.

What was the brief?

Kendrick Homes' latest project is an exclusive development of nine luxury homes in Balsall Common, called The Ridings.

The team at Kendrick wished to launch the development on the 19th November 2010 with an open day, but this activity needed to be supported online.

They approached our team at Prominent to help them design and launch the website to coincide with the open day - and we developed www.kendrick-theridings.co.uk.

What did Prominent do?

Our team of web designers chose an appropriate design for the site that complemented Kendrick's message as well as incorporating the official Kendrick branding.

We then took care of writing the copy for the website, ensuring that The Ridings was depicted as an exclusive and luxurious development in writing, as well as in the flesh. Our words needed to do each individual house in the deluxe development justice.

Once this was finished, we were able to insert graphics and moving images into the website to make the website modern and interactive, but stylish at the same time.

The website for The Ridings proved to be effective, as from the very first day of the launch the website experienced a large number of daily hits with requests for brochures from prospective buyers.
